Information pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 30 June 2003, n. 196 on the protection of personal data

We inform you that for the purpose of providing the service, casaAgency processes the data supplied by you, or acquired during the execution of the Service. The data controller is casaAgency its legal representative.

The processing of data using appropriate procedures to protect user privacy and consists of the collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, communication, diffusion, cancellation, destruction of the same including the combination of two or more of these activities.

The processing of data, in addition to purposes related, instrumental and necessary in providing the Service will focus on:

a) communicate the data to companies that perform functions necessary or instrumental to the Service.

The processing of user data for the aforementioned purposes will be mainly using automated and computerized, while respecting the rules of confidentiality and security required by law. The data will be kept to the terms of the law at casaAgency and treated by employees and / or professionals from this charge, who carry out those activities under his direct supervision and responsibility. To this end, the data sent by the user may be transmitted to third parties that perform functions strictly connected and instrumental to the Service.

Please also be advised that, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. June 30, 2003, n. 196, the customer has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to treatment, and, in the manner and within the limits of the current legislation, to request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, and knowing its origin, require updating, rectification, integration, obtain the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form of data processed unlawfully, including those no longer needed for achieving the purposes for which it was collected as well as, more generally, to exercise all the rights that are recognized by the applicable provisions of law.
